Zach, Matt, and Alicia were all extremely wonderful to work with. When I called in and spoke to Alicia she set clear expectations and set the appointment for me to meet with Zach. Then he called me and confirmed the appointment time and my home needs. He came out to the appointment and was PUNCTUAL which you can hardly find anyone these days that is. Then discussed my project in detail and explained why they were doing things the way they were in ways that I could understand. We choose to have our roof and gutters done to start and will be in the market sooner than later for new windows. This is the company I will be using for that. Since they have a 50 year WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. Matt did a wonderful job once the materials were in he called me and let me know he would be at my job and that upon completion he had a checklist to go over to make sure everything was to my liking. I’ve never had another contractor do this with me. This gave me even more peace of mind. I would recommend Exterior Heroes to anyone.
