My wife and I called Exterior Heroes due to a leak. Zach came out in the middle of the night to tarp the roof. He came back the next day and laid out all of the options. We chose to go with a replacement versus a repair and chose the 50 year warranty. On the day of the roof replacement, Matt and his crew came out, and had everything installed in less than a full day! The cleanup was so meticulous, you would not even know we had work done on our home. Matt and Zach were both very polite, responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend Exterior Heroes for any of your roofing needs.

Zach, Matt, and Alicia were all extremely wonderful to work with. When I called in and spoke to Alicia she set clear expectations and set the appointment for me to meet with Zach. Then he called me and confirmed the appointment time and my home needs. He came out to the appointment and was PUNCTUAL which you can hardly find anyone these days that is. Within a week I had a brand new roof
Matt was respectful and courteous. Came out quick after I noticed a leak in my bathroom and helped me through the process. Within a week I had a brand new roof. Thanks again!

Everyone was fantastic! The work was great! It took my insurance forever to process the claim but they stuck with me to get the job done! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Just an absolutely fantastic group, Zack and his team went above and beyond from dealing with stingy insurance company reps to making sure the work was done right and complete, and the new roofs look absolutely fantastic, I really cannot recommend this place enough…you need a roof call these guys they will definitely take care of your needs!
