Responsibilities

Product Expertise
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our roofing, siding, and window product offerings, including features, benefits, and specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed product recommendations.
Consultative Selling
- Present product options clearly, highlighting the unique value propositions of each solution.
- Customize product recommendations based on client preferences, budget, and property needs.
Quoting and Proposal Creation
- Prepare accurate project quotations and proposals based on client discussions and needs.
- Communicate pricing, project scope, and timelines transparently to clients.
Market Analysis
- Identify potential clients and areas for business growth through research and analysis.
- Monitor competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and key insights in the company's CRM system.
- Provide regular performance reports to management, outlining sales achievements, targets, and projections.
Exceptional Customer Service
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction, all while installing peace of mind with potential, existing, and past customer relations.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the roofing, siding, or window industry.
- Solid understanding of residential construction, particularly in roofing, siding, and windows.
