Tornado Damage Assessment and Repair
My house was affected by the tornado in Hilliard on February 28th. I could see visible damage on the front and side of the house but couldn't determine if there was any roof damage. Matt Hassan with Exterior Heroes was working on a house two doors down. He came to me to ask if I knew the extent of my roof damage. I had him come back the next day to meet with my insurance adjuster. If it had not been for Matt's assessment, I don't know that the roof would have been evaluated appropriately. Found this company when frantically searching for roofers after water started streaming into our house during a big rain. Heather said they were slammed with requests but knew we had an emergency and would fit us in quickly. She had someone headed our way within two hours to assess the damage and tarp if needed. Vin arrived and thoroughly inspected both the interior and exterior, locating the exact source of the issue and suggesting both immediate and long term solutions. The thing is, we had suspected a problem before the water started coming in and had three other companies come out to take a look before this one. None of the three took the time to do such a thorough investigation and locate the exact issue. Vin found it in 30 minutes, had photos and clear explanations to show why it was an issue, and could explain the fix. Will call them first next time for any future needs, and would recommend anyone else do the same!

Amazing Service for Parents' Roof Replacement
Contacted exterior heros for a roof replacement on my parents home, from the first phone call to completion your staff was amazing! Jorge came out to look at job gave me an excellent description of what needed done, was able to get everything scheduled quickly and Matt and his team came out to replace what an excellent set of guys. Completed cleaned up and couldn't even tell anyone had been there except a beautiful new roof! Excellent staff friendle and knowledgeable!

Wonderful Customer Service! Jorge is fantastic - very polite, professional and efficient. He checked my leaky roof the same day I called, took pictures of the problem and sent them to me. He then covered the area that was leaking until repairs can be made since another storm is forecast for today. An estimate is forthcoming. Today Jorge was my hero.

Highly recommend this company - very efficient and professional. Alicia was quick to respond and schedule us for an estimate. Vin came out and gave us a very fair estimate and had the work done two days later right before the holiday. Vin came up with the best and most economical solution and was very transparent. He did quick, affordable, and quality work at putting up shutters and a gutter guard. He even went above and beyond to find screws to match the house perfectly.
